The Lawrence Historical Society lost a friend and dedicated Trustee with the passing of Chris Lahoda.
Chris valiantly fought ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, while still working hard to promote the Society.
Chris was the driving force behind the Society's Archeological Dig program. In addition to his work with the Society,
Chris was a writer, recently publishing a novel about the Civil War, Burning Answers.

Donations may be made in Chris's memory to the
Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association.
