You are cordially invited to join us for a relaxing spring afternoon of music and ice cream at the annual Society Garden Party. Stop by the Port Mercer Canal House between 1:00pm and 4:00pm to listen to the soothing sounds of the Rhythmairs, take a tour of the house, and enjoy a cup of Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. As always, admittance is free.

For those of you that are a little more adventurous, don't forget June 8 is also the Township of Lawrence's annual Canoe the Canal Day. Canoers launch at 1:00pm at Cherry Tree Lane for the 4-mile ride to the Port Mercer Canal House. If you don't have your own canoe, you may rent one for $30 from the Township's Recreation Department.
